Returns

Return anything unworn, in its original box, within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. We answer return requests within one working day and send a paid return label where available.

• Engraved and personalized pieces are made for one person and cannot be returned.
• Refunds land on the original payment method within 5–10 working days of arrival.
• Exchanges for a different size or finish are free; write to us first.
