Do you ship to my country?

Almost certainly. We ship worldwide, free on every order. Times and detail are on the shipping page.

How does personalization work?

Type the name, date or words on the product page and you see a live preview. We cut and engrave to order, which adds 3 to 5 working days. Personalized pieces cannot be returned, so check the spelling twice.

Will the gold finish last?

Plated steel holds its colour for years of normal wear; vermeil longer still; solid gold forever. If a finish fails in the first 12 months, we replace the piece.

Is it hypoallergenic?

Yes. Everything is nickel-free, our steel is stainless and our silver is genuine 925 sterling.

I ordered the wrong size.

Size exchanges are free within the 100-day window. Email info@sejuna.com and we arrange it.
